  GENERAL TIPS
Technical requirements: The site requires a PC running Internet Explorer version 5.0 or higher.

 

Appearance: This site is designed to look best with font smoothing turned on. Your computer should already have font smoothing turned on, but if not, follow these steps:

  1. From the start menu, select Control Panel-> Display -> Appearance.
  2. On the Appearance tab, click Effects.
  3. Check “use the following method to smooth the edges of screen fonts.”

 

MY PROFILE
To get started, enter your information, including your weight and exercise habits, on the My Profile page. Once you fill in the blanks, SELF Diet Club will create a plan that works for your lifestyle. If your goals change, simply update your profile at any time--we'll instantly reassess your nutritional and caloric requirements and come up with a new plan, just for you. Think of this page as your launching pad to a fitter, healthier life. Every time you log in, you'll see on your Welcome Page a quick overview of your stats so it's easy to stay motivated to meet your goals. You'll also have the opportunity to update your food and exercise logs--the heart of the SELF Diet Club program--and review your menus for the day or week to come. We give you everything you need to make getting in the best shape of your life a reality!
  FOOD LOG Tired of keeping track of calories, carbs, fat and protein? We'll do it for you! Simply enter what you've eaten in the Food Log and we'll tell you how it stacks up. Our database contains more than 25,000 items, so no matter your tastes, you'll find the nutritional info you need at your fingertips.
